    guys...is it ok to get down to about 80-100g of carbs for a day or so on training days while on a cutter? i'm currently at 110g of carbs on training days..i actually am pretty lean ..but there's still a little bit of fat left on my lower abs..i was just thinking of dropping 10-20g of carbs for a day or so..and get back to my original 110g..just to make sure i'm going strong on the metabolic rate department..i'll be replacing the loss carbs with efa's..hopefully it doesn't cause much muscle loss right?

    sure its ok 'if' you can handle it. I've had 50g carb days when training before. Just be sure to pound the BCAA's and glutamine to minimize muscle loss.
