She's a long-time (I guess it is kinda getting to be a long time) friend of mine, a beautiful woman, one hell of a bodybuilder, and a complete maniac (in and out of the gym, and yes, she is a maniac of many sorts LOL).

She has a wealth of knowledge and experience and some pretty funny ass stories (book still pending) that I hope she'll share.
