  • What measurements need to change?

    if i am 5 foot 6 inches tall
    30 inch waist
    11% BF
    220 lbs
    17 1/2 in arms
    16 in forearms
    16 in neck
    48 in chest
    26 in thighs
    18 1/2 in calves

    what needs to be done to be impressive or competitive on stage ??

    sometimes it's not a question of actual "measurement" but how is the shape of the muscle? how well do the muscles tie into each joint, each other and flow together? What is the density? Alot of factors besides actaul measurement come into play in determining the overall "look". Unfortunately, more often than not, those type characteristics are a matter of genetics, plain & simple.

                  i thought the symmetrical look was based on the neck, calves, and upper arms all being the same size.
                  What particular body i currently occupy is trivial, the important thing is what i am becoming.

                    I thought the same thing also..i do want to bring my neck up to atleast 18...my arms to 20 and my chest add another 4-6 inches...and 4 inches to my thighs...
