Hey Guys.
Went to a workout,did 2 sets for biceps,2nd set heard a really UGLY NOISE,like I tore or strained my long head of my biceps,sat in pain a few min,now I am back home,can hardly move my right arm,I really hope it is not severe,after all I have a show in 18 days.
Should I keep the place warm or should I use ice?
It has never happened to me before,hope someone can provide me with an answer.
My guess would be it is a strain.
