Is a whole body cleansing program bad for my cycle??

I just started a 2 week whole body cleansing program...It is made up of certain vitamins and herbs and is manufactured by enzymatic therapy....i am supposed to take the pills at night..They consist of fiber pills, laxatives (not strong ones...just herbal), and some super milk thistle...My question is will this have any negative effect on my cycle...It consists of only injectables....but i am also interested in if i am digesting my food all the way...Any help would be greatly appreciated...thanks in advance...

No it will not have an effect on your cycle. All you are doing with a cleanse is cleaning out your colon and lower GI tract. You should notice a big difference in how you feel once you've done this and all the gunk and junk are removed from your system.

You could just go with a Fleet Kit #3 and cleanse your colon in 24 hours, get it at any pharmacy, use them for prep for Colonoscopy procedures...
