I took a 2 week layoff from the gym after my show. Went back yesterday for my 1st workout. Gotta admit, physically another week would have been good, but mentally I was chomping at the bit to get back in there and feel the weights again!
Did chest/shoulder/tri, nothing real heavy and only 6 sets each, left there with a pump like I couldn't believe! :showoff:
But today I hurt! Gotta love it! :p
