Its not happening to me, I know today I left it logged on for like three hours without scrolling or posting, if you can beleive that, and it tossed me out, but that was just once...
I have the problem with one of my home machines. Two other machines, work & laptop are fine and always "remember" my login. My home machine has the proper cookies, but always requires me to log back in.
you need to make sure in your user cp that your cookies are enabled...
The lady is correct, make sure you guys check this please.

where in the control panel do you select cookies to be enabled ???
I think they are b/c as long as I don't close the window and I leave the site and come back, I'm still logged in....it's just when I close the Microsoft Internet Explorer window and open it back up I have to log back in...

Or you can just check the box that says "remember my password" or something similar when you sign in. If you check the box, it will keep you signed in. The cookies issue shouldn't be an issue because everyone's cookies should still be enabled from the last site format.
Just check the box.
