Hello all, I am a regular over at musclemayhem.com...saw this site on a thread there today...thout I would check it out1
have been following some of DC's trainees over there, very impressive work!

a bit about me:
I am 26 year old NPC figure competitor most recent show was 2003 Midwest Ironaman Figure Tall 1st place.

TRYING to do another show, not having much luck metabolically
hoping to hit the national scene next year!

Thanks 2C! I was a middleweight, just a mere 174lbs at 5'6"....of course today, 1 week later, I'm already closing in on 190lbs! lol
