  • Responsible Gear Use?

In your opinion, what is responsible gear use?

Wow, that's a huge question. What is responsible alcohol consumption? responsible smoking?

Knowledge about the items one has considered using. Knowing how long it stays active in your system, how it reacts with other substances, proper injection procedures, risks involved, possible side effects... etc

I would say just like any other substance. If it is interfering with your life or relationships you have a problem. Also if you are causing any danger to your life or long term health it is a problem. That second one is the one I struggle with. I have some BP issues which may be from my past steroid usage.

                    Responsible gear usage.....

I would say educating one's self as much as possible....and that a program should also include anti-E's, no alcohol consumption or rec drug consumption...and to prepare yourself mentally for any situation that may arise (from "roid rage" to legal issues).

BTW....I think if one makes correct choices there should be no health problems to speak of. Actually, I am posting some info on the health benefits from AAS , anti-E, and GH.

Check out the Health Forum for some studies and articles under GH STUDIES...very interesting indeed.
