  • Any ideas on foods for last week???

    I have outlined chicken, turkey, flax, leanserloin(small amounts), snack on no salt peanutbutter....

    Any onther suggestions???

    well for me, (FOR ME) i eat extra lean ground turkey breast and fresh Tilapia fish....i cut out all fish oils, flax, udo's, etc...and i stop the salads on the monday before the show...

    well thats just the last week, i didnt post any carbing up foods cause that wasnt the question..

      no I got my carb load down pretty good... I am just wondering some of the foods that yall eat prior to ur "load Phase". I want to keep my weight up durring the week as best as possible and that is hard without some carbs in the diet.

        i hear ya...i throw in there some filet mignon which is expensive as f#@*!! but it helps keep cals up...
