  • What do you think about my carb cycle for bulking?

    I'm 182cm and my weight is 83kg on my diet i eat 2500kcal. for bulking i will must eat 3300kcal-3500kcal.I'm natural.

    what do you think about this?
    can i bulk with this plan?
    what would you correct?

        He means a lot of us are American and don't understand the different measuring system. There is no code, we just need the American measurements. I've been out of school too long to remember them.

        I did understand a little though. I don't think you need to cut carbs when bulking. If you are trying to stay lean, or gain as little fat as possible, stop your carbs around 4 or 5 in the afternoon (unless you train later then limit your carbs to your postworkout shake). I see you play either basketball or baseball which means you get a lot of aerobic activity, so you shouldn't avoid carbs at all if you are wanting to gain size.

        I'm sure you'll get more answers from some who know the conversion tables.

            LC is for lowcarb
            NC is for no carb

            p is protein
            c is carb
            f is fat
