Hey everyone just thought Id let you know.
I took second in the heavies , behind a guy who is on Team Universe and was using this show as a warm up. He looked awsome. I am happy with the solid second place the judges gave me unanomously all 2's on thier cards.

I was approached by 3 judges afterwards that told me if I dropped to LTHVY I would probably win the overall at the SE USA. 12 weeks and about 15 lbs away....

Ihad a great time and want to thank everybody on this board for the constant support. It help me make it thru those ruff times.... thanks again Bro's!!!

    Great job......

I just wanted to say that although I am new here . I think it is great how much you choose to share with this board. You have a heck of a physique and I think it neat to see all of your progress and changes. I have to agree . You have a rugged powerful look to your body with good balance. Bring your waist , lowback and glutes upper hammies in a tad more and you be tough for anyone to beat. I am thinking 196 and you will be pealed.........win that show bro you can do it.......great job on this one but time to get a win.......you have a nice overall package.....

Congrats, bro! You've shared so much here I feel like I know you.
Really proud of you. And if you're within 10 lb of light heavy, then go for it. You would be tight, hard and very impressive.

My friend Lance won his class at Jr Nationals at 43 and will be tough to beat at Masters Nats. Anything is possible, so go for it!

I considered this a warm up, my first show in 18years. I did not take it lightly, and wanted to win very much. But in this case a hard second in a very good show is more meaningful to me than and easy first. I showed up and suprised ALOT of people that had not seen me in years, That felt good as they were all very positive in everything the had to say to me afterwards. The judges came to ME and said they hoped I was going to continue with this. I assured them I AM GOING TO CONTINUE... I called this a warm up simply because I had no idea how my body responds to this stuff anymore. I have learned alot, and will apply it to the next 12 weeks. I plan on lifting very heavy and intense to build back some of my density and size, and I will also remove 8-10lbs of BF i n the process.....

Congrats to you Sweat....you did a helluva good job. Your transformation over the last 3-4 months was incredible. Your mentality and physique are in the stratosphere man.

What is really cool is that you shared so much with the board-every couple-3 days you were posting about what was going on with your physique.....kinda felt like we were there with ya man.

The real kicker to this deal is that I think you said you are 42 years young (correct me if I am wrong).
Good luck on the next show bro....I know you will kick some more ass.....

Nice job Sweaty!! Like you said this was a warmup of sorts for you. After taking 18 years off you need to come back and figure out things again and this was a perfect way to do it.

I thought you looked good for this show, but can't wait to see what you'll look like in another 12 weeks.

Thanx guys, yea, Im 42..its hard to believe time FLIES...all you younger Bro's...trust me. I have some regrets about not competing for so long, but I didnt stop training, and I think I can see the years of heavy lifting in my body compared to others Ive seen on stage,. There is no substitue foryears of hard heavy lifting. Supps ar ejust that NOT the answer to quick muscle gain.....( but damn they do help!)

Im gonna take a couple day- breather and hit it harder than before...

I got my eye on the SE USA......
