Does anyone use white tea in addition to, or instead of, green tea? If so, in which form (extract or brew)?
There is emerging data that white tea is better than green tea in regards to health benefits, but i have seen no study evaluating white tea's ability to alter metabolism or fat composition. Any thoughts?
