How big, and cut do you guys think one could get just using pushups, pull ups, dips, and crunches?
Also take into account that you can use weights attached to a belt to increase weight...
I think one could achieve a pretty good physique doing just these things with added weight, but you would probably have a hard time getting big. (which is what I want)
Since I don't have regular access to my gym anymore I'm thinking of ways to workout with stuff around my house. I have a bench here (w/incline, flat, decline), a bar w/about 250lbs of weight, and some dumbells.
I can get more weight if need be but I don't like my bench too much as its one of those crappy standard benches that are too narrow.
I wont be able to get back into a real gym until I find a job. (which should be soon as I have a job interview thursday and it looks promising!!!)
So pretty much looking for ideas to continue to slowly add some mass or at least keep what I have.
