Honestly I think Rea over complicates things.....
I have read both of his books several times and I have had a close friend that has worked directly with him. I am sure he his a great guy and does have some things to offer for sure. But I think most of his stuff was borrowed from Paul Borresen [ see his stack book and you will see what I mean cycles match many of the ones found in Rea's book to a tee and PB's book was written years before] He his understanding of biochemistry is is just able to explain things better scientifically better. I think DC's methods on gear use make sense are more realistic for the average bodybuilder.........Look it those ideas first be for you make things more complicated than they really should be......

I do agree it is a pretty complicated book, but I really like learning exactly how the human body reacts to certain things, I think it is pretty interesting and I am always trying to expand my knowledge for myself, as well as my clients, just seeing if any of you have actually tried any of the methods described in his book!
