Right now I am cutting and I just finished using Clen. I made some homebrew clen, so I know that it is dosed properly, but after a few days it seemed like I needed more and more clen just to feel like I was working.
I had my dose up to 200mcg and my apetite was still off the charts. By the time 7pm hit, I felt like a bottomless pit, but I didn't want to increase my dose of clen anymore.
I take my clen at night time right before I fall a sleep. This seems odd, but it does not interfere with my sleep one bit!!! The best part is that I sleep through the crappy feeling that clen beings and I usually wake up with only a slight headach that is gone after breakfast.
Enough with the rambling....
What do you guys feel is a safe maximum dose that one should take on a daily basis? I really don't want to push my luck because I know that 200mcg is already higher than what most people use (from what I have read on these boards).
Should I just add a small dose of ECA in the morning instead of taking more than 200mcg of clen?
I am looking for some ideas to help kill the apetite that clen won't kill late at night. And I would like to do it the healthiest way possible.
