Damn I changed up my squats and I am hurting. I don't know why I have to get hit in the head with knowledge before I take it but I do. Everyone talks about ass to the floor and I did it for a while (great leg growth) but my lbs weren't what other people were doing. So I stopped and started going to what I percieved as parallel and probably wasn't. Today I finally got pissed about my lack of leg pain and decided to go Ass to the floor. Damn-I normaly go up to 365 on squats today only 225 for 7 and then went to 275 and got bitch slapped to the ground. My legs ache so bad there is no way I could run.
But now I know better. In a couple years I will have killer thighs. And hams damn that hurts the hammies.
