im 10 wks out rite now, and i eat 6 meals a day...all meals have protein, 330g total/day...carbs rite now are at 150g/day...i was wondering, lets say i dont feel like eating protein in one of my meals, can i just eat the oatmeal and substitute my chicken breast with 2 tbsp of glutamine?? stupid question i know, but this diet is horrendous and i wanna know what u guys think..
