how often do you guys eat red meat vs chicken, turkey or fish?
Does it differ in the off-season as compared to when dieting?
And lastly, do you feel it makes a difference in your strength and or visually in your physique?

I was eating red meat several times a week (4-5). I have reduced that to once or twice a week. I do believe I feel stronger when eating steak over chicken.

I eat at least a pound of beef a day. At least. I love the stuff...loaded with b-vitamins too.

I feel like I grow better by eating red meat moreso than any other protien source.

1 lb a day is about how much i eat too - usually in the form of extra lean ground beef washed off with water.

I'm building a house currently, and as soon as I move into it I'm breakin the cherry on a brand new bar-b-que. Red meat at least 5 days a week from then on. I love barbied red meat....although chicken, fish, pork are all tasty...ah it's all good when barbied!

i got a quick question about red meat how in the world can do yo calculate how much fat your actually getting since so much of it can stay in the pan for example. Im eating high fat diet now im dieting but i can never get a feel for how much im getting.

some of the fat will drain out from the grill, but there will be some left in the meat. I've been cooking my 95% lean ground beef in the grill all winter.

some of it would just like if you cooked it on the bbq grill. I thing the gf grill keeps it moister though.
