Well it's time to start planning a cycle again and I was wondering what you guys would find more beneficial. I would be using a long acting test and the cycle length would be 10-12 weeks. At this point I don't need help with anything except to use a pyramid scheme or not.

Or would it be more beneficial to run 500mg.week straight through? Are there benefits to running a cycle starting low and then building up and going low again or is it better for the body to keep a constant amount of test throughout?
