    Also deep tissue massage and perhaps a trip to a chiropractor could help.

    He needs to stretch EVERY day. A supp like glucosamine is good for connective tissue but it won't "make" him more flexible. Only he can do that. Tell him to try a class like yoga or pilates to aid in his progress.

    Tendon and Ligament Flexibility?

    I am a PT and have a client who is TERRIBLY tight and unflexible, not old at all either. Is there any supplements he can take to create more flexibility in his ligaments and tendons?

    If not, what do you think would be best to do for him. He has tons of imbalances.
