Ok yea, this really really sucks. I have had bouts with tendonitis in the past that I just fought through, but now it's coming back again I feel. The thing is, I am more serious about training now than I have ever been. What is the best remedy for this?! Would glucosamine/chondroitin work or not since it's a tendon and not actually the joint itself? Thanks in advance!
