    yea I hear ya KR

    I think my body is responding best to:
    4 days low carb
    1 day high carb w/ slin,
    2 days mediums carb

    Im walking 30min AM and PM and my legs are already showing a difference.

    I'll stay the course with this ....

    You back on the diet plan yet?

    if it's something you're doing during prep and it works for you, why change it? Remember what I was telling you about was one of my problems peaking, I changed too much the last couple days and my body basically said "WTF!"

    my buddy who won a big show last yr here in florida took 5 iu's after prejudging and loaded up on the carbs, and then took another 5 iu's before the nite show and ate some more carbs...i dont know if it works for everyone, but im trying it come july...he filled out so nice, he looked like his skin was about to rip apart..

    If one was successfully using insulin on carb load days, would it be a good idea for the final carb up before contest? Or is there a chance of water retention or some sort of spill over ?
