  • What bodypart lags the most?

    For me it's got to be my penis. But since there's relatively nothing I can do about it (creams, pills, pumps don't work), I'd have to say muscle-wise, my lats lag the most. I've been working them hard lately and am noticing minimal growth. It's all good, I have nothing but time.

      Jeez Jay...more talk about the "member" You have to try those things more than once to get good results...so I hear
      my hamstrings are what lags for me..all those years of cycling did nothing for the hams..and everything for the quads!

        Id have to say the calves...but Ive implented some of them DC principles with them over the past few months and they seem to be growing nicely. Could always use bigger legs.

          Chest and delts for me.

          pretty much all other bodyparts grow like weeds....arms, back/traps, and especially legs/calves.

                    My arms. I have never been an arm person. I train them, but unlike alot of people I don't focus too much on them. I probably need to focus more on them.

                          I'd like to bring up hams and tri's a bit more, but right now I have fairly good proportions so i need to be cautious not to overdo any one part.

                              It's between legs and bis for me. When my bi's start looking good my legs suck when my legs look good I think my bis suck.
