Here's another way to do your 30 minutes of cardio if you're looking for a change. It's a combination of walking running on the treadmill, it's a lesser variation of HIIT.
5 minutes @ 2.5 - 3.5 mph warmup
2 minutes @ 5.5 mph
3 minutes @ 3.5 mph
2 minutes @ 6.0 mph
3 minutes @ 3.5 mph
2 minutes @ 6.5 mph
3 minutes @ 3.5 mph
2 minutes @ 7.0 mph
3 minutes @ 3.5 mph
2 minutes @ 7.5 mph
3 minutes @ 3.5 mph cooldown
Total 30 minutes
This is where I started, but will be increasing all of the speeds up and I get used to the running again.
