Seriously, you'll have to check the rules of the organization. The NPC, for instance, stipulates that an artificial package not exceed 500cc in volume or 20 cm in length in any dimension. It also cannot be battery operated or otherwise artificially animated (no vibrators).

I was facing this same problem and questioned skip as to what I should do. Our game plan was to over-diet and shrink the rest of my body as to give the illusion that I am well hung.
