I just read DC's thoughts on training and I'm pretty psyched up!! Been training for about 2 mnths now, just working on form right now, I think I'm gonna start using DC's principles in May. But back to the subject. What would be a good protein mixture and the percentage? I went to trueprotein.com ( the prices are cheap )
and here is just a rough draft of what I THINK i might get. 40 % MicCasein 30% Egg 20% Milk Isolate 10% WPI and with a little pinch of aminogen. I really don't know much...as you can see, I'm just mixing it with really no thought whatsoever I'm still relying on Cytosport. Any suggestions?

This was a topic we discussed not too long ago. We discussed using different blends during the day. For example using a whey protein isolate mornings and post workout and using a blend with casein, egg protein etc.

        Check out the thread.
