I don't know why I'm so hungry, but here's what I've had so far today.
1. First I went to the gym and did 45 minutes of cardio
2. Coffee and an omelette with scallions, chicken and hot sauce
1 med size sweet potato
3. Another 2 or 3 oz of chicken
4. 1 protein shake (no carbs)
I've cut out all breads and sweets *cries* for the past two days now LOL...I know, I'm an addict :p
I feel so deprived....HAAAAAAAALP....what is wrong with me
