  • I'm sooooo hungry!

    I don't know why I'm so hungry, but here's what I've had so far today.

    1. First I went to the gym and did 45 minutes of cardio
    2. Coffee and an omelette with scallions, chicken and hot sauce
    1 med size sweet potato
    3. Another 2 or 3 oz of chicken
    4. 1 protein shake (no carbs)

    I've cut out all breads and sweets *cries* for the past two days now LOL...I know, I'm an addict :p

    I feel so deprived....HAAAAAAAALP....what is wrong with me

    Lift light and ya never get tight ~

          I dont even want to hear bout hungry lol...I am tired of dry ass salmon and focking potatoes!!!! Cant wait till my pancakes sat am!!!

            Possible reason for your hunger...

            A possible reason for your hunger is that you may not be taking in enough carbs to support cognitive functioning. Whether we like it or not our brains can only fuction on carbs and require about 30% of our daily Kcal requirements to sustain body mass. If you are utilizing more of your brain early in the day I.E. complex thoughts, job, stress, etc. you may be going through glycogenises. This is when your body will turn protien into a glucose like molecule. This takes a lot of work and consequentially more kcals.
            I do have another hypothesis but need more info to colaborate.

              I feel your pain. What I would do for a bowl of icecream...hell anything that doesn't taste so bland!!

                  wouldnt we want our body to turn protein into glycogen? just eat more protein. i thought this heated your metabolic rate naturally like no other. fill me in guys, sorry for taking your thread cat.

                          Take in some fat that will curve your hunger or drink water...sometime the body mistakes being hungry for dehydrated...
