    a bowl full of spinach and 6 ounces of herring will give ya 40 grams of protien a few grams of glutamine and a few grams of creatine. good article in flex about anabolic foods. check it out guys

        sorry, but i don't think i could eat spinach if my life depended on it. too many childhood memories about it. my mom used to make me sit at the table until i ate all of my veggies. spinach and lima beans were the worst!!!

            hungarian, this wasnt listed as a breakfast food, it had spinach and herring, so i figured you could combine them in a salad and have quite a bit of protein, glutamine, and creatine. it also said to supplement some more creatine to get the full affect.
