Is infinity life systems still a thing? I was browsing the forums and came across a post (from a year ago) mentioning ILS but havent found much other info about it.

No problem. I'll pick one and adjust from there. Thank you

Though it hasnt been updated in some time, the website still works perfectly fine at 9.99 per month. I'll use it off and on when I feel like I'm getting a little off track doing things myself.

I'm curious if you have any feedback as a user. We have gotten nothing but positive feedback but we had spent so much money to market it that it ended up killing us without the big return. This was primarily because the people we hired (2 different companies) were not what they claimed. We haven't marketed it for almost 3 years. If I had a marketing person who would want to come on board for a percentage of profits (willing to negotiate a very good percentage), we would start marketing it again. After coming out of pocket for 5k per month for months on end, we got tired of basically giving away money for very little return.

If you know of anyone who might be interested, please reach out to me.

            What does the job entail?
The promotion of the training methods used by drug-assisted and genetically giften men wreaks havoc, despite these men being presented as demigods in the bodybuilding world. Sure they have inspired millions, but at the same time they have misled millions; and their "intruction" has robbed millions of people of the best training years of their lives.

Wow, sorry to hear that. It's a great program and interface overall. Some issues I have, which aren't deal breakers, but would be major improvements in my opinion.

And for anyone following, these should absolutely NOT stop you from trying the program. 10 bucks a month is 100% worth it, even if its only to know what to eat and how to skipload each week. Thats typically all i use it for.

-choosing a skipload day. I usually need to train sundays, so would rather skipload saturday. I know you explained to me before the challenge that came up with trying to do this in the coding itself, but still worth mentioning.

I usually do my own training but sometimes I'll follow the program in which I run into the following issues

-choosing what sessions to do each day. I know the order is probably important for recovery, but maybe being able to shift everything. It chooses for you, and I'd prefer to not do chest on Monday with the rest of the gym.
-custom exercises. The list is limited, so would be nice to add different variation or machines the gym has.
-once you get further into the program, intensity techniques aren't very clear. For instance, when it adds rest pause, the exercise will still show 3 or 4 total sets. Its not clear if we are to do 1 RP set in place of the sets, or multiple rest pause sets, or even just the last set.

                Very solid feedback. Thank you.

There are a few things I would do differently if we were able to do it again. I feel as you do—that the program is solid—but there could be more options that should have been written into the code if even for a later date had we wanted to change things like that. Our problem is that if we were to go back and try to fix those things now, it would essentially have to be redone because trying to go into the code and "edit" the code would be a monumental task that would be more time consuming that simply rewriting it.

The exercise options are tough because there are an endless amount of options for exercises. Our thinking was that a lot of people would grow to understand what exercises could be substituted for the exercises we listed, as they gained more knowledge and experience in the gym. However, adding exercises is entirely doable. That is something that definitely could be edited quite easily (relative to editing other things like changing training rotations, changing skipload day, etc.).

The rest/pause issue should be explained in further detail in one of the articles, though, I believe.

Ken Skip Hill can you remind me what the 4 day and 5 day splits are so I can pick without having to run through a week. If my memory serves me right the 4 day was...
                    Chest/back
                    legs
                    Chest/back
                    Shoulders/arms

Honestly, I would have to check. I have programmed so many splits since I did the programs for that website that I just don't recall. I do believe your outline is correct but I can't be 100%.

In reference to rest/pause and where I was unsure. For example, am I doing two rest pause sets here? And then over the weeks when the sets go up, ultimately will be doing 4 rest pause sets.
                          Example this week
                          185x8+4
                          185x6+3
or would you do just one set with two failure points. The answer is probably obvious, but I guess I'm oberthinking after being around DC training for so long in which you only do 1 RP set per exercise

You do RP for all sets. The reason is because the vast majority of clients using the ILS program are not advanced and veteran bodybuilders who can generate absurd levels of intensity. It's a lot of RP sets for someone like you or me, but not for the majority of people who haven't trained long enough to be able to build that kind of intensity or mind/muscle connection.
