I have read up on recomp diets and obviously come across the arguments from those for and against. With all said and done I'm still keen to give it a go. However I am unsure how to structure a week.
I am approximately 190lbs, and approximately 18-20% BF at a guess (not formally measured).
in terms of training i lift 3-4 x per week and do cardio 4 times per week (sometimes running up to 9-10 miles in one go). The running is non negotiable.
My goal is to be around 185-190 lbs but more like 12% BF.
If anyone has any suggestions on how to set up a week I'd be keen to hear and learn. My current approach was to run a constant 200 calorie deficit each day to start with but thought the more experienced people in here may have some better ideas.
