    When skiploading during a mass building phase, are you looking to reach baseline weight mid week then creep back up from there, or is it more ideal to never reach that baseline weight after each load. Hope that makes sense

    It is individual to that person because some people will progress faster or "recomp" faster. However, it is safe to assume that if you do baseline every week and you are increasing in strength in the gym every week, you are recomping at a pretty decent pace/rate.
