        What brand of Bergamot do you use? I tried NOW Foods and it didn't affect my HDL or LDL at all

          I use Jarrow. And to see the dramatic changes in HDL (it doubled my HDL in 3-4 weeks), I took 4 grams per day. At 500mg per pill, I take 4 pills in the morning and 4 pills at night.

            I actually at 1g a day noticed nothing with my HDL. I perhaps need to consider more? I know Krill Oil by Jarrow and Red Rice along with Niacin and garlic helped my HDL.

              I have had numerous clients use CB with absolutely no results, at all -- myself included. However, it was also not at the dosing that he is using, either. I wondered the same thing. I have not seen dosing that high before, though.

                  Consistent:
                  curcumin
                  Vit D3/K2
                  Vit E, C, and B complex
                  magnesium (finally found a product that has noticeable benefit)
                  iron

                  Not quite as consistent:
                  krill oil or fish oil
                  astragalus

                  There are things I take during and immediately after prep as well, but in general, I want to take as little as possible year round.

                        What research/bro science did you use to come up with a that dose amount? just curious....Going to look at starting this product possible..

                          I take turmeric pills and fish oil pills as alternatives to NSAIDs for their anti-inflammatory properties.

                          And Does anyone know how to make turmeric tea?

                              some famous ones I'd Love to put here that I think people overlook,

                              - ZMA before bed, instant effects that night !
                              - L-Theanine before bed. again just instant results, calmness and just falling asleep much quicker
                              - Taurine 1g post workout and 1g before bed, very important if on Clen for me, very good for a beat-up CNS and works great for the uptake of Carbs
