  • extra protein

What do you guys think about optimum nutrition's 100% whey? I'd like to eventually start getting my protein from trueprotein.com, but I have a bunch of it i'm planning on chuggging through.

Also... on monday i did DC's chest, shoulder, tri, back routine for the first time with the extreme stretching. I loved it... buy my biceps were really sore the next day. Anyone else ever experience that? thanks in advance.

I won't slam other protein companies as Optimum is fine in my book. However, trueprotein is a step above. Even if quality were equal (and that would be difficult to believe), the price itself sets trueprotein apart. That is not to mention that your protein comes to your door AND the customer service is second to none.

Optimum won't customize your protein, either. You are stuck with what they offer. I wouldn't toss the Optimum in the trash but kill it off and go with trueprotein, bro.

James, When I get done with one of DC's routines, if it is the chest day my calves are sore, I think he planned it that way to really mess our heads up, you know.

This program takes a lot of stress, the Biceps will take a lot of the stress due to perfect form and remember, there is no such thing as Isolating a muscle, too many movements involved here...

Good point In-Human... thanks a lot guys for the response. I think i'm just gonna finish up my optimum and make my next order from true protein. How much would say...... 10lbs of a quality whey protein mix cost? Just curious, thanks.

                sweet

thanks again guys... i just check out the site and man, it really does have quality protein at quality prices... always thought low priced protein was a fairy tale

so... i'm looking to pack on some quality mass, at the same time leaning out for summer time (yes i know to truly put on muscle you need to eat HUUUGE but i'm at like 18% BF so I can probably still eat a lot of clean foods and get lean). You guys have any suggestions of what types of proteins i should get? Custom mix? percentages? I Probably drink about 2-3 shakes a day... so something that will be good for packing on the mass but good for leaning out. thanks a lot for the info guys!
