  • Pre Workouts

6 months into 2019. What do you guys think is the best pre workout so far? New or old.

I personally prefer Mesomorph even without the DMAA.

I'm partial to no pre-workouts so I'm not much help on this one. lol

I bounce around from just coffee on the way to the gym to grabbing whatever is close. Lately I have been using core zzap, or MTS pre-workouts. TN had some good ones, and I will probably give them a revisit.

        1g ALCAR, 3g taurine, 4-6g citrulline malate.

I make my own from bulk powders - it's much cheaper, and most pre-workouts don't have the doses I want.

I guess if you want to count caffeine (which I do suppose is a pre-workout), I do drink a Monster Zero prior to training.

When it comes to pre workout supps I generally advice to use them only when absolutely needed.
You definitely don't wanna get so heavily dependent on them that you almost start believing your workouts are gonna be shit unless you take them.

Your mind is the most powerful tool in your tool box, remember that.
