  • Different strategies for jacking up the big three lifts?

My squat is going good. Increasing weight every 1 or 2 weeks. But my deadlift and bench press seemed to have stopped increasing.
    I have tried the following
    -Partial reps
    -Double drop sets
-Changing my whole workout exercise order
-Hitting different angles (incline bench, front squat etc)
    -Negative reps
-Adding creatine (worked for a month or 2)
    -Increasing calories, protein etc.
    -Pyramid sets
    -5x5

Any other tips, besides use of PED's to increase the big three?

A little late, but have you tried a powerlifting type program? You could look up different powerlifting programs at elite fts to help the big three lifts and use bodybuilding type exercises for your accessories. The program will likely affect your CNS differently than your current program, so you will have to adjust your rest, nutrition and other variables accordingly.

After building up your lifts to your desired level, you could switch back to a bodybuilding style program. You might want to build the lifts up past your desired level because they will likely drop slightly when you switch back to a bodybuilding style program. Hope this helps a bit.
