I´ve been on vacation in the carribean since Thursday and won´t be back until the weekend. This is the 1st time I´ve used the internet here because it costs like 50 cents/minute! :chair: I´m getting tired of reading the same damn magazines and wish I had a little online time but it´ll have to wait. Well, I'm back! Didn't get that T shirt or the toys but I did bring back cigars and pics! Here's one of me WITHOUT a pump. I got to workout 3 times but the gym was in this like sauna attic of this building so it was hot as balls :angry: . Perfect f*in weather all week so we had a great time. But like I was tellin Shredz, I lived on burgers, wings, nachos, sodas and beer all week so I was lookin real soft.

thanks bro! I hit legs tonight and felt way out of shape...I missed them the last 2 weeks and with all that crap eating, I lost some muscle no doubt. But....pretty soon, it'll be time to pump back up again!
