hey guy..i used it 6 weeks out and stopped the last 10 days of a show...that was me though..didn't want the extra water ..it does hold a bit..I will strike down upon thee with great vengence and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brother and you will know my name is the Lord when i lay my vengence upon thee ... -
I haven't.... But IMO opinion you should stop it at least 1 week before the show.... Just like mentioned above there will probably be a small amount of water retention...Comment
