For all of you guys who need something that tastes good for your prep but need to keep carbs low and stay within the parameters of your macros, nothing fancy but tastes great - here you go:
Skip's Precontest Stir Fry
chicken breast
soy sauce
olive oil
brocolli
onion
green beans
zuchini
*use fresh produce - not canned
Cook desired amount of chicken breast, lightly, over moderate heat in a wok.
Add 2 tsp. olive oil
Cut onion in medium sized pieces (cubed is good)
cut green beans in 1 inch pieces
slice zuchini thin
use brocolli crowns only
Bump the heat to about 7 and add vegetables to the wok.
Stir
Add 1 tsp. regular soy sauce (low sodium soy sauce has added carbs)
Stir again and serve.
Roughly 16g fat, protein depends on amount of chicken breast and carbs will be low but dependent on how much vegetables you add.
