Hey bros whats up. I was just wondering what custom mix you guys suggest ordering from Trueprotein.com to use as a weight gainer. Thanks alot

Extra Protien. Mix with Oatmeal And Drink. Why pay for sugar? I drink the protien and Chew the Carbs. A Granola bar is very satisfying washed down with some TrueProtien shake.

Yea that is basically exactly what I do. This is for my father though and he refuses to do this i dont know why. I guess he thinks that since it says weight gainer on it it is better. So any suggestions.
