I watched this very large man (not terribly muscular but large in a "pro wrestling" sort of way) at the gym today do lying tricep extensions with about 225. He was looking cool as hell as he hit 4... 5.... 6.... *POP* - *POP* AUUUUUGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!
