  • Who is bulking and who is cutting?

    Okay...lets hear it. Who is trying to get as big as a house and who is getting shredded??? Take a minute to list what kind of training you are doing, and what you are eating.

          at present :

          258lbs (down from about 285 in Jan)
          10.5% ( did 8 point caliper test)

          and yes - those pics were all from Jan. 04

                            SuperSport, yup, a house, that is what I'm trying to be as big as, about 280 at the moment, going for the 300 mark with DC beating my ass all the way there and that damn log book.

                            Eating 600+ grams of protein ED, and breaking the equipment everytime I hit the gym.
