This friend came to me and wanted me to help her with a diet but honestly I have no clue. I've helped girls that are smaller before without a problem but this girl is tall and weights a good amount and I'm not sure where to start with her lol. So if any of you can help me out, please do.
She's 5'11'' and weighs about 162 pounds and wants to shed about 15-20 pounds. I've helped her with a workout regiment so far so she is OK there but what kind of a sample diet should I be writing up for her so she can lose this weight? Any help appreciated--
