Check out the PowerTec equipment. They make a machine called the Leverage Leg Extension Curl machine. They list it at $299, but you can probably find it cheaper at a retailer.
We just bought the PowerTec Leverage Multi System (the picture below), and it's awesome! Squats are great, and it's good for leg extensions, too. PowerTec makes a nice machine.
