Trueprotein flavor mixing ideas?

does anyone have any recipes they would like to share other than the standard and water or milk and shake? would love to hear from you vets.

also the taste of the protein, can anyone compare it to a namebrand company. im sure it is great quality, just curious on the taste.

mike, I am the taste kinda guy, the Ion Whey from True has barely a taste, and there is no other protein like this one.

I mix mine with Mango, Apple, Cranberry, Grape Juices, Crystal Light, Diet Orange soda and I just mixed it with a Apple flavored Pirahna, they are all great, I love the stuff in chocolate pudding...

I got their whey iso in plain so I can mix with anything or just down it without!

I have the micro filtration whey isolat-Cause I heard its the best. It has no taste but It foams like crazy in my shaker how do you prevent that?

Oh and how bad do the Glutamine Peptides taste?

the foam should settle in a couple of mintues, but most just chug down the shake before then. i noticed the microfiltration, does this more than the ion-exchange. raul is right, the stuff is instantized, so it is not necessary to shake the hell out of it.

anywho, i take my flavorless whey and add milke, nutella, and blend. damn good stuff.

i'm a peanut butter fiend, so this fits my need for a "fix" from now and again.

the glut peps taste pretty bad by themselves. they are hydrolyzed, so they are bitter. glut peps are nothing like l-glutamine, which is a just white powder, that really does not have any taste. glut peps are a darker tan color with a definite taste to them, if you stay below 20-25% in a mix with them you wont taste them. or just take them separately, down them really quick, that is what i do.

trueprotein, excellent flavors, but then again if the neutral flavored whey is mixable with anything thats awsome enough.

also, someone said mixing it with diet orange soda? would the acids interfere in anyways with the body absorbing the protein or weakening it?
