When cutting, do most of you do the carb or "shitloading" (thanks Skip) day every week, or just run it clean the whole time?

Even though I have had alot of success both ways, I still recommend the clean route for carbing up. The calories are kept under control, you won't have a HUGE weight kickback from the large amount of sodium and then have to take 3 days to get the water off.
Keep it clean and simple and you will also have a more accurate picture of how many carbs it takes to fill you out. It is much easier to say that 12 cups of pasta throughout the day fills you out as opposed to, say, 2 bigmacs, 1 large fry, 3 krispy kreme doughnuts, 4 bagels, etc..
