  • What BF percentages are you.....

    For those who compete, please give us your offseason and contest bf %'s/

    For others, tell us how much you stay wehn your bulking and at what percentage (about) do you start the cutting?

    I'm about 12% all of the time...lol....I want to get down to about 8-9% by summertime. Hopefully around 10-11% in the next month or so...

      Im usually down to 5-6% when i diet down but thats cause i am extremely strcit on my diet and never go above 12% when Im buking. Diet is 70% of the puzzle that we're all tyring to complete.

        My offseason bodyfat is as low as 8% and as high as 12% (when im on slin) but it usuially holds around 10%.

        Bodyfat checked with calipers 5 times in last few weeks, holdin 4.2-4.5% bodyfat. One week out as of saturday.

          i always get up to 15% during the holidays. i just started cutting i will hit 10% and keep it till next halloween damn candy!
          time is the best teacher, to bad it ends up killing its pupil

                  Speaking about bodyfat, does anyone have the method/formula for calculating it with normal calipers please?

                    I stay around 9-10% during the winter (doing no cardio, just eating clean) and 7-8% during the summer. I haven't competed yet.

                      at 5 ft 6 in... 220 lbs ...36 years old i am 10-12% off season and 8 summer time ..harder to get leaner each year though...

                        I'm usually around 11-12%, but when on a cutting cycle I've hit 8%.
                        TRAIN...because it's in your blood, EAT...because you need to feed the machine...and REST to grow for the next day of INTENSITY!
