I was eating lunch at a restuarant with my grandmother yesterday. We're just eating a nice sit-down meal and the guy at the table behind my grandma but facing me had to do his slin. He was no BBer, just and older man in his 50's or so.

For some reason I got squeemish and had to look away while his stuck himself with the pin.

I don't get it, I've stuck myslef countless times, watched a freind stick themself several times, and even helped a friend by sticking them.

Why on earth would I have to turn away like a little girl while this man does his?

Maybe it's 'cause I had food in my mouth. I dont know.

Naw, I think KR has a point. I feel bad for older folks who are diabetic or have to go through stuff like this because it's not on their own will....it's a requirement for them to live a semi-normal life. We do this because we want to...no one should feel bad for us.
