chicken breast, turkey breast are the mainstays.
Eggs have a TON of sodium (tsk tsk, KRL hehe) and tuna is absolutely out of the question.
Your best bet if you are looking for alternatives to chicken and turkey breast are some fish. Check out the "nutritional analysis" forum and use one of those links to find which fish are lowest in sodium.

I have natural PB with no added salt, 15mg sodium per serving (2tbsp) so thats not too bad. Gonna be stuck with very limited foods to eat for thursday and friday lol. This is what i got so far.
Lean steak
Turkey Breast Cutlets
1% lean ground turkey
Nat PB no added salt
Eh, il deal with it haha.

TP4U,
Unless you are cutting sodium for a show in the next week, why do you want to cut sodium during your diet?... The water retention will help with spasming and, some claim, strength. You'll also feel more full (and generally better).
It also sounds like you'll be low-carbing, which will dry you out plenty...
