I think I need to take 1 of my "off" days and make it a glute day. Everything is come in great cept the gluts. Got 4 weeks from today which effectively means only 3 weeks of training so I need to hit 'em hard, 1 legged sqquats (sorry dp but legs hurt too much sometimes to do everyday), lunges, stiff-leg deadlift, can't do butt-blaster as they took the machine away!

Something to consider doing: double stepping the gauntlet. I call it the gauntlet, anyway. It is the stairmaster that has revolving steps - kinda like an escalator. I train legs on Mondays and do the gauntlet, double stepping (skipping a step for a longer stride) it on Fridays after my regular workout.
These will help your glutes quite a bit but not every gym has them.
